Wij geloven dat embedded ook echt embedded betekent. Dus in plaats van een heleboel externe desktoptestapparatuur te gebruiken om testoplossingen te cre\u00ebren, kunnen de instrumentmodules van de ETS-serie eenvoudig worden gemonteerd in een mechanische testopstelling, een op maat gemaakte testbehuizing of om grotere ATE-testsystemen te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Met de OI ETS-serie zijn de toepassingsmogelijkheden enorm, gebruik ze om zowel elektrische als elektronische componenten en assemblages te testen en\/of te besturen (inclusief passieve apparaten, halfgeleiders, kabelassemblages, motoren, analoge en digitale schakelingen, subsystemen en nog veel meer).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">De OI ETS-serie kan ook worden gebruikt om complete testsystemen te bouwen, zoals die worden gebruikt voor In-Circuit Test, PCB Functional Test, Burn-In en als tooling voor Reparatie van geleverde apparatuur. ETS-serie voldoen aan een standaardformaat (slechts 6.5 cm x 7 cm) en zijn voorzien van montagegaten voor het eenvoudig stapelen van meerdere modules. <\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Er zijn twee manieren om de modules aan te sturen, met een Host PC-controller (via een USB-interface) of met een ingebouwde besturing (zoals de PICO-MATE van OI). Onder PC-besturing reageren de instrumentenmodules op een reeks ACSII-commando&#8217;s op hoog niveau. De seri\u00eble commando&#8217;s kunnen afkomstig zijn van elk applicatieprogramma (d.w.z. LabWindows, LabView, Visual BASIC, C\/C++, Python en de meeste scriptalen). Standaard zijn de modules voorzien van een seri\u00eble interface, alle modules zijn ook leverbaar met een USB-interface.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 54%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Daarnaast bieden wij TES-MATE en TestExec software aan. TES-MATE (of Test Executive Suite) is een verzameling ondersteuningsroutines en instrument-stuurprogramma&#8217;s die rechtstreeks in uw code kunnen worden ge\u00efmporteerd en het test-ontwikkelingsproces kunnen helpen versnellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">TES-MATE is &#8220;gratis&#8221; open source code en wordt geleverd in zowel BASIC- als &#8216;C&#8217;-versies. De Pico-MATE\u2122 Embedded test Controller wordt volledig gemonteerd en klaar voor gebruik geleverd. Met de gratis Test Sequence Manager software heeft u direct de beschikking over een open source, in Python ontwikkelde, operator interface.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Het is dus heel eenvoudig, selecteer de benodigde modules welke nodig zijn, installeer ze in de testopstelling, maak verbinding met de DUT (Device Under Test) via bijvoorbeeld Pogo-pennen, schrijf je test code en begin met testen &#8211; je bent in een mum van tijd aan de slag. The test system uses 6 OI instrument mod- ules (all mounted inside the test \ufb01xture). A Host PC or Raspberry PI controls the entire test process thru the UHM-MATE (a 7 port USB hub module).<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 32.2619%; height: 246px;\" width=\"227\">\n<p>The FID-MATE is a unique (USB con- trolled), Fixture ID module that is used to monitor and control a number of \ufb01xture related hardware events. The module allows you to read the DUT_Present and Fixture_Ready status inputs. This operation is performed by the SFM- MATE, Short Finder Module. The collection o\ufb00ers a standard range of power supplies (including 3.3V, +5V, +12V, +24V, +48V, \u00b112V &amp; \u00b115V), and power ratings from 10 to 90 watts.
