Afhankelijk van de markt waarin uw ontwerp gebruikt gaat worden kan dit zijn een ICT (In-Circuit) test, een ICT in combinatie met BScan (Boundary Scan) test, of een FCT (functionele test). <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Naast deze keuze is ook het zogenaamde DFT (design for test) van groot belang. Als u ICT wilt testen en de printplaat is niet toegankelijk voor de tester dan zal de zogenaamde testdekking heel laag zijn, Het is in dat geval beter te kiezen voor uitsluitend een functionele test. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Steeds vaker zal men echter niet willen of kunnen kiezen voor \u00e9\u00e9n type test maar een combinatie van ICT, BScan en FCT, een zogenaamde combinatie test, willen. Hierbij worden alle testtechnieken gecombineerd in \u00e9\u00e9n tester. Dit vereist een speciale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.testprobes.nl\/testfixtures-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>fixture<\/strong><\/a> techniek omdat de test probes welke verbinding maken met de printplaat tijdens de ICT test geen verbinding mogen maken tijdens de functionele FCT test omdat dan deze testen negatief worden be\u00efnvloed. De oplossing hiervoor is een zogenaamde <strong>dual stage test fixture oplossing.<\/strong>&nbsp;In combinatie met <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.testprobes.nl\/testprobes-testpennen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">testprobes<\/a><\/strong> met verschillende veerlengtes kunnen zo twee niveaus van contractering worden gecre\u00eberd.
