It&#8217;s number of input channels is expandable through CAN bus.<br>This MMU has been designed to fulfill the needs of most common electronics production testers, where \u2018PASS\/FAIL\u2019 measurements are needed and therefore the range of 4\u00be digits is more than enough.<br>The module can measure either in auto-range mode or in manual-range mode. The MMU can perform the most common general-purpose measurements: AC\/DC Voltage and Current, Frequency, Resistance, Capacitance and Diodes.<br>Thanks to the MMU integrated high voltage switching, measurement channels can be connected to different power supplies or to the grid phases, where differential voltage can be up to 600VAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The MMU can work in three different modes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>1) <\/strong>Master mode. The MMU is operating as a standalone tester by executing a script-based test sequence and returning a PASS or a FAIL. A test script is uploaded to the MMU through Ethernet for automated testing. The MMU will operate as CAN gateway for other CAN bus modules in the same network (other switching modules to extend the number of measurement channels).<br><strong>2)<\/strong> Slave CAN mode. A PC will execute the test sequence. Measurement results are available in the CAN bus. Ethernet is not operative.<br><strong>3)<\/strong> Slave Gateway mode. Link to the PC through Ethernet, so the MMU, thanks to its CAN gateway, can handle other CAN commands to other CAN bus modules.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter style=\"width:1024px;height:382px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ITA calibration kit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">The calibration kit includes an electronic module that can be plugged directly into the unit to be tested.<br>&#8211; features a resistor, capacitor and voltage standards. <br>&#8211; facilitates quick and local calibration of the YAV90MMU module.<br>&#8211; has 4mm banana inputs to operate as a standalone multimeter. <br>&#8211; includes the tool to simply disconnect the calibration kit from the VPC receiver modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.testprobes.nl\/testprobes\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-4.png\" the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.testprobes.nl\/testsystemen\/smartfixture\/yavpack-test-module\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">6TL YAVPAck<\/a> but can also be combined with any available YAVModule to grow to a fully automated test system including switching power supplies and other instrumentation.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the VPC 90 Series <a href=\"https:\/\/www.testprobes.nl\/testsystemen\/vpc-mass-interconnect\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mass Interconnect<\/a> connector that is available as standaard on every YAVModule these module can be easily integrated directly into the VPC receiver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designedfortest.com\/DFT\/eliminating-cabling-in-ate-makes-sense\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">elimination the need for additional cabling<\/a> between the instrumentation and the mass interconnect interface.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_10334\"
